Guv warns against communal violence

In the wake of reports of fresh attacks targetted on churches near Mysore and Bhatkal of Uttara Kannada region, Karnataka Governor has warned against communal violations and directed strict action against the attackers. Speaking at the occassion of the R-day function, Governor also reminded the State government of its responsibility to protect the secular and democratic interests of the State and its people.
