Sathya and produced by Ramu is based on under world. Young face Sudeep plays the hero and title role as gangster Gooli. His performance is praisable. <br><br>Mamta Mohandas pairs opposite Sudeep and plays his love interset. She is okay but could have done better. Few songs are tunable. Sudeep carries the film and all credits to him for his action packed perfomance.<br> <br>The technical aspects are just fair. Climax has been worked out well but the script has its faults.
